Kylie Jenner's lips have been a hot topic for awhile now, with pretty much everyone weighing in on whether or not they're a result of tricky makeup or injections.
Lisa Rinna appeared on Watch What Happens Live and was asked by a fan whether or not she believed the Keeping up With the Kardashians star had a little work done on her pout. As "Hollywood's reigning lip expert," Rinna nodded yes.
"That's my feeling," the Melrose Place actress said. "I could be absolutely wrong, but you know I think so."
Although she was playing it coy in the beginning, she quickly affirmed her belief when she began to ask everyone if they agreed with her! WWHL host Andy Cohen said he hadn't seen them (hmm...) as did the show's other guest Bob Harper.
"Don't they to you?!" she finally asked the audience, and they chimed in agreement.
"Our audience of 25 people thinks so!" Cohen replied.
Although she believes that Kylie had her mouth plumped up, she doesn't see anything wrong with it. The self-proclaimed lip injection "pioneer" has admitted to having hers worked on and even had the silicone removed.
"It's not a bad thing," she said.
Kylie has slammed the plastic surgery rumors multiple times, explaining that its just makeup artistry that gives her pout such a plumpy look. After many reports and rumors swirled around the 17-year-old's mouth, she finally took to Twitter to slam all of the hearsay.
"These plastic surgery rumors hurt my feelings to be honest and are kinda insulting," she tweeted.
She later told E! News that she no longer listens to what people say about her because she knows it'll never stop.
"I love lip liner and over lining my lips," she said. "But I don't even care anymore. I'm like whatever, just say whatever you want."
