It's New Year's resolution time, people, and that can only mean one thing: It's time to hit to the gym!

But just frequenting your local fitness hotspot's classes won't give you Miranda Kerr's flawless physique, Kendall Jenner's A-list model bod or Chrissy Teigen's Sport's Illustrated curves. Until now, that is.

Yep, we've got all the scoop on what fitness classes Hollywood's hottest bodies take to train, tone and keep their figures looking bikini-ready 365-days a year. And with the holidays behind us (and the holiday weight-gain still very much with us), why not hit up these three celeb-adored fitness classes? We can't think of a reason not to go!

Gotham Gym NYC

1. Gotham Gym Boxing Workout
Celebs Who Can't Get Enough: Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Hugh Jackman

Owner and trainer Rob Piela tells us…
What Keeps 'Em Sweating: "We emphasize the fundamentals of boxing; footwork, proper punching technique and defense. Our workouts are all an hour long, sweaty and intense. Lots of jump rope and proprioceptive training. As far as method goes, everyone is different so we do not have a single method.  In general we usually do a lot of balance and stability training combined with high intensity boxing for cardio."

TKO! Knock Those Calories Out: "An average workout will burn somewhere between 400 and 800 calories depending on the level of the client.  As stated earlier, we emphasize proper technique so often beginners move at a slower pace.  Once they get the fundamentals down they really burn."

Rolling With the Punches (and Results): "People's bodies change quickly as long as they don't gorge themselves full of junk food. I try not to make unreal promises to clients. The hour that they spend with one of our trainers isn't enough to transform their body without a healthy diet."

Ballet Beautiful

2. Ballet Beautiful Workout
Celebs Who Love to Twirl: Miranda Kerr, Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel and Liv Tyler

Owner and trainer Mary Helen Bowers tells us…

When to Pick Pirouettes Over Pushups: "I think we are seeing people moving away from punishing, hardcore sweat-sessions at the gym. There are a huge number of people looking for a workout that is transformative, sculpts the body in a way that is ultra-feminine yet strong where you can walk away looking and feeling beautiful from the inside out. Ballet Beautiful is unique because we offer all of these things in a workout that you can access from home or on the go. You don't have to be a dancer to train like one!"

Ballet Breakdown: "Every movement, exercise and stretch in Ballet Beautiful has been designed to target and develop sleek ballet muscles in the legs, butt, abs and arms. Ballet Beautiful is inspired by the beauty and athleticism of classical ballet and a challenging and fun workout that anyone can do. Most workouts are one hour and include targeted toning, lots of reps, stretching and low impact cardio. The workout fatigues muscles and taps into parts of the body that get overlooked outside of a dance studio. We focus on the results, not calorie counting."

The surprising truth behind ballet: "How hard it is! Ballet is meant to look effortless but once you try our Swan Arms it's clear that this is a serious workout! You also don't need any dance experience to train your body like a dancer."

SLT

3. SLT Workout
Famous Fan Base: Sofía Vergara, Chrissy Teigen, Kyra Sedgwick and Lo Bosworth

Founder Amanda Freeman tells us…
About SLT's ABCs: "If Pilates, cardio and strength training had a baby, it would be SLT.  The entire workout is done on an amazing piece of fitness equipment called the Megaformer. Using a system of springs, straps and bungee cords, the Megaformer systematically works your arms, legs, abs, obliques and glutes.  Accompanied by great music and lots of instructor encouragement, small group classes consist of 9 to 12 people, enabling a great deal of personal attention. Expect a heart-pumping, muscle shaking, toe-tapping experience."

A Class-by-Class Basis: "While every class you take at SLT is different, all classes combine a series of moves that work your entire body. Each move is done for at least one minute and is paired with other moves that work the same muscle group, pushing you to muscle failure. You move around the machine performing a combination of compound movements and those focused on a specific body part.  Thanks to the variety of the workout, classes fly by."

Why It Works: "When it comes to most workouts, the philosophy is usually 'the faster the better.' That isn't the case for SLT. While we move quickly from one move to the next, each move is done to a slow 4-count in each direction. By moving slowly, you activate your slow-twitch muscle fibers, thus leading to long, lean muscle development in a low impact workout." Plus, in a 50-minute session, expect to burn 400-600 calories.
