Another Hollywood romance bites the dust.

Arrow producer Greg Berlanti and Los Angeles Galaxy soccer player Robbie Rogers have called it quits. They duo dated for a year and a half before deciding to be "friends," Rogers admitted in an interview with SiriusXM Progress. The 27-year-old told the program that he and 42-year-old Berlanti ended it because "stuff happens."

"Yeah, yeah, we're no longer dating but we're friends," Rogers said. "And that just goes with things. When Perez [Hilton] posted [the story], I don't think I even cared. I don't think a lot of people do care. I understand that my personal life is going to be more and more in the spotlight. And it's not going to stop me from dating people or being public about it. I just want to live a normal life. It doesn't bother me, to be honest."

Berlanti has worked on Dawson's Creek, Brothers and Sisters, Arrow and now The Flash, which is in its first season. Rogers has been extremely busy as well in his career, both with professional soccer and his autobiography, Coming Out to Play. Because of his packed schedule, he admitted that his radio interview was the first time he actually talked about the breakup publicly.

"It's a small town and people figure out things," he said. "You report it, and he had all the right to do that. So I really didn't care about it."

What he does care about, however, is that the decision to end their relationship was amicable.

"We dated for a year and half. And we split up. Stuff happens. But again, we're still friends. And we're very supportive of each other."

If break ups were a good thing, this would seem like the best one ever. We're wishing them the very best!
