Burt Reynolds has a message for his fans: You don't have to worry about his finances!

"I want everyone to know that contrary to what all the news outlets are saying, I am not broke," he told ET. "I have been dealing with a business dispute for many years as well as a divorce settlement."

His statement comes a week before more than 600 of his most prized possessions will be auctioned off in Las Vegas. Items include outfits worn by the actor, art pieces and numerous People's Choice awards.

"I am simply selling some of my memorabilia that I have enjoyed for so many years but do not have use nor room for them anymore," he confessed. "Quite frankly, I am sick of so many pictures of myself in my own home."

But it's much more than a few special photographs.

As an added attraction to the auction event, several vehicles from the Collection of Burt Reynolds will be available. They include a 1997 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a red and white "BR" Ranch monogrammed surrey carriage gifted by Dolly Parton.

"Burt Reynolds remains the quintessential movie star," the auction stated in a press release. "[He's] a legend of both the big and small screen and a romantic leading man whose charm, dashing good looks and perpetual affection for the ladies has earned him an important place in Hollywood history."

If you're interested in any of the items, single owner sales will take place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas Dec. 11 and 12.
