Was Jennifer Lopez hoping to give birth on Valentine’s Day?

Not only would that have been sweet, but it might also explain the baby registry I'm told was set up for her and Marc Anthony’s newborn son and daughter.

I'm told J.Lo and Anthony are registered at celebrity baby boutique Petit Tresor as Miss Valentine and Mr. Valentine, with a due date of Feb. 14, 2008. 

Among the items listed are Andrew baby booties, BabyBjörn carriers, matching blue and pink Baby CZ cashmere sets, two batiste bassinets by Lulla Smith, mink hats (yes, mink!) and a men’s Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag.

As my pals George Rush and Joanna Molloy of the New York Daily News first reported, J.Lo also hired the owners of Petit Tresor to design $40,000 baby nurseries for their three homes in Bel Air, Long Island and Florida’s Fisher Island.

A rep for Lopez did not comment.
