Little Lane Rouch doesn't need a fairy godmother for her wardrobe transformation!

Thanks to her mother, Jennifer Rouch, the adorable 3-year-old has worn costumes modeled after her favorite Disney characters from Cinderella, Frozen, The Princess and the Frog, Sleeping Beauty, Tarzan and more movies. Jennifer, who documents her handiwork on Instagram (@ferdalump) made Lane her first Disney-themed costume—a Little Mermaid tail—when she was just 10 weeks old. As time went on, Jennifer continued to create costumes for Lane in an effort to help her daughter overcome her shyness.

"We were noticing that she was very clingy with us. If someone would even approach her at a restaurant to talk to her, she would seem very shy ," Jennifer tells NBC's Today. "We didn't want her to be crippled by that, so we figured since Disney was close to us and would be a fun, safe place for her to interact with characters and environments she loved, we'd take her there." Jennifer and her husband, Chad Rouch, bought a special Disney pass available to Florida residents, allowing them to take her into the park often.

Jennifer hasn't spent a small fortune recreating dozens of iconic looks, like Belle's blue dress, for example. Instead, she upcycles fabrics found at thrift stores, and she's even dyed old shower curtains.

Because of the costumes her mother made, Lane has become popular with many of the theme park's characters. This attention, Jennifer tell Today, has "basically changed Lane into a different child."

"At first, I was making her costumes because she's a little girl and it's fun, but we noticed that the more we dressed her up, the more out of her shell she would become and the better she would get with the characters," explains Jennifer, who has also recreated looks from Beauty and the Beast, Big Hero 6, Hercules, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Tangled.  "And, it was kind of eventually like you would never have known this child was shy a day in her life—it has made her have such a large personality."
