Um…what ever happened to if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all?!

Mario Lopez isn't holding back in this new memoir, Just Between Us (oh, the irony), and his latest revelation involves his ex Ali Landry.

In an excerpt obtained via Yahoo, the hunky host describes what really went wrong with the two-week marriage.

"I got inebriated and a little too friendly with a young lady. When it was time to return home, lightning hit me with the truth: I wasn't in love. But I walked down the aisle [anyway]."

Back in 2004, the Saved By the Bell heartthrob was photographed in a risqué position with an unidentified women during his bachelor party in Mexico.

And following their whirlwind wedding, Landry filed for an annulment just two weeks after their exchanged their vows.

Cut to seven years later, Lopez finally admitted his infidelity during an interview with Howard Stern.

"It was spring break....everybody was hanging out. That was a situation where I was not mature and man enough," he recalled to the shock jock. "I had no business of being in that position."

Lopez has also revealed in the book that he lost his virginity at the age of 12 and confessed to having a one night stand with a major "pop star" in Las Vegas.

He is currently married to Courtney Mazza, whom he married in December 2012.

The two have two children together, a daughter named Gia, 4, and a son Dominic, almost 13 months.
