Meet Will Marfuggi, a field producer with E!, who also doubles as a host. He's worked for E! for many years, working his way up from a production assistant for the Style Network's Style Court to an associate producer position for E! News, later transitioning into his producer role.

Although Will had his sights set on a career in television production when he moved to Los Angeles after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, he began to pursue an on-camera career after nailing an interview with Angelina Jolie on the 2012 Oscars red carpet for E!'s Live from the Red Carpet.

Since then, he's been making a name for himself on and off the air, interviewing movie stars, athletes and some of the biggest names in music.

With the Emmys right around the corner, we couldn't help but ask Will what his favorite things are about working the red carpet during the big TV awards show. Be sure to catch Will as he and Carissa Loethen host E! Online's livestream from the Emmys red carpet on Monday starting at 5:55 p.m. ET / 2:55 p.m. PT.

"It's a celebration of television and I'm a genuine fan of TV, so it's always fun to get a few moments with people whose work I enjoy," Will said. "Even though the Emmys are the pinnacle of television awards, the nominees show up ready to have a good time. "

Will also let us in on a red carpet secret, giving us the scoop on "hot changes" during the live show. "This is very inside. When we stay live in a position and change out the guests we call that a hot change," he said. "Sometimes the celebs see me write ‘hot change' above their name and asked me what it means. I explain it to them and every now and then they walk out on their platform saying ‘hot change.'"

"Once, Will Arnett told Ryan Seacrest on camera during the live show that I invented the 'hot change,'" he continued. "Well, my friend in the truck, our line producer Shaun Smith, went crazy over headset because he actually did coin the term "hot change."
