Joining Hollywood in its frosty philanthropy while upping the splash ante, Bill Gates constructed a device to perfect the icy pour and announced, "I'm always up for a challenge." He's now urged Ryan Seacrest and fellow tech tycoons Chris Anderson and Elon Musk to meet the arctic ultimatum.
