Jason Aldean has Brittany Kerr's back.

Two years after the country singer was photographed kissing the former American Idol contestant—while still married to Jessica Ussery, the mother of his two children—Aldean posted a picture of himself posing with his mistress-turned-girlfriend on Instagram Sunday. Commenters slammed Aldean and Kerr for their affair, and it didn't take long for Aldean to respond. He uploaded a second Instagram image featuring the words, "You know my name, not my story. You've heard what I've done, not what I've been through."

In the caption, the "Burnin' It Down" singer wrote, "So sick of people judging me and @brittanylkerr over things they know nothing about. I have made mistakes but i am a better person because of it, and wouldnt change a thing. Im happier than i have ever been, so thank u to all the people who support us. We are happy and life goes on. Its time to move on people. #aldeanarmy #oldnews #timetomoveon."

Kerr also shared a picture of herself posing with Aldean that day, writing, "#bestboyfriendintheworld."

The singer, 37, filed for divorce from Ussery in the spring of 2013.

Aldean's love life aside, RIAA recently named him the Top Digital Male Country Artist (Ever). The country crooner has nine No. 1s to date, including "Big Green Tractor," "Burnin' It Dow," "Don't You Wanna," "Dirt Road Anthem," "Fly Over States," "She's Country," "Take a Little Ride" "The Truth" and "Why."
