FOXJennifer Lopez has officially blown us away with this DIY design.
The "I Luh Ya Papi" singer took her twins to a kid's birthday party, grabbed two metallic balloons on her way out, deflated them at home and somehow fashioned them into this adorable skirt and top! We're not sure what kind of springtime kiddie celebration features a Thanksgiving color palette, but that's besides the point.
Apparently this look is not the fashion handiwork of the busy FOX show judge but a blouse by Lanvin and bubbly skirt by Vivienne Westwood. That just means two incredible designers decided to forget the expensive fabrics and grab some dead balloons instead.
But crazy association aside, we love everything going on here. Yes, there's a slight tacky factor to the sheen on the fabric, but JLo pulls it off as only the Bronx beauty can. The pitch perfect Brian Atwood caged heels, in matching bronze and copper tones, bring it all together masterfully, and highlight this hottie's killer pins.
So maybe homemade mylar looks deserve an official fashion moment. Can someone over at Etsy quickly get on that?
