Kim Kardashian's worked hard to achieve her post-baby figure, but that doesn't mean she didn't encounter any setbacks throughout her weight loss journey!
North West's mom credits the Atkins Diet and regular workouts for helping her shed those pregnancy pounds, but in a Mobio Insider Q&A Monday, Kim revealed she "gained some weight back" when she stopped following the nutrition plan.
Kim noticed her figure was fluctuating "when I saw pics of myself," she said, so she "started it [Atkins Diet] again...had to check myself."
But Kanye West's love isn't just cutting out carbs. "I work out 5 times a week," she said, "[and] try to eat as healthy as possible."
"When I really need to kick it up, then I'll do low carbs, like Atkins diet," she explained. "And then I think it's just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it's really hard. Your body totally changes. And I think you have to work out."
And as you can see, Kim's diet and fitness plan is definitely working out!
