Say what you will about Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell's future potential as a couple. In the here and now, they seem very much together.

A day after surviving (but hardly emerging unscathed) from the onslaught of questions posed to them about their feelings for each other on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose special, Juan Pablo and Nikki were back in Miami yesterday, where they checked out an exhibit of Hebru Brantley's work presented by Dom Perignon at Toys for Boys.

And according to an eyewitness, they looked like "a very happy couple."

Sources exclusively tell E! News that Nikki and Juan Pablo popped in at around 8:30 p.m. local time, and stayed for about an hour, partaking of the beverages on hand and mingling with the owner of Toys for Boys, a gallery and event space.

"They were very affectionate and walked in hand in hand, and he had his arm around her most of the night," an eyewitness said. "They looked like a really fun and friendly couple and were really into each other."

We're told that there were about 100 people at the exhibit last night and that Juan Pablo was not making a public appearance, but rather was there with Nikki as a regular party guest.

A source said that he and Nikki left to go to dinner afterward.

Well, the couple of several months, not including the weeks they spent shooting The Bachelor, certainly had plenty to talk about over dinner.

In defiance of those who've been calling him a cad (to put it mildly) and ripping him for not confessing his love for Nikki on TV (or, according to some critics, for not having feelings at all), Juan Pablo posted a video online last night compiling various highlights of their relationship, including time spent together on The Bachelor and after they were done taping. (At least we don't remember Nikki doing dishes in the fantasy suite...)

Asked about the verbal firing squad on the After the Final Rose special, Bachelor host Chris Harrison told E! News that he actually doesn't dislike Juan Pablo at all.

"But I do feel like we owed everybody a little bit better finish than that," Harrison mused. "We have this couple, who I think love each other, and yet it was so unsatisfying for everybody, so it was just so confusing."

After Monday's special, Juan Pablo posted a selfie-for-two with the caption, "We are FREE."

And he tweeted today, "Having a PRIVATE relationship doesn't mean we CAN'T post or say what WE want instead of what SOMEONE ELSE wants..."
