The singer got so caught up in the moment during their steamy shoot that he seductively bit the sexy songstress' ear during one the video's scenes.
J.Lo didn't seem to mind, however, and just kept on shaking what her mama gave her.
Lopez's latest music video comes on the heels of her "Same Girl" release, which proved that she really is still Jenny from the block.
Throughout the clip, the American Idol judge is shown making her way around her old Bronx neighborhood, riding the subway and happily interacting with the locals.
During a recent appearance on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, the mother of two talked about the making of the video.
"We did it very guerrilla-style, just me and the camera, and it turned out pretty cool," she said as she introduced a preview of it.
"Those were all neighborhood people," she explained. "They just walked down the street and they just started following. They all just started gathering around and we were like, 'You want to be in the video?' It was so much fun and there was so much love out there. I wanted to capture that."
Lopez added, "It just reminded me of all those amazing moments of riding on that train back and forth to Manhattan and back to the Bronx."
