David Becker/WireImageNick Jonas is opening up about being a new uncle to brother Kevin Jonas' 3-week-old baby daughter, Alena Rose!
"It's great," the 21-year-old singer told E! News exclusively at last night's Vanity Fair and Fiat Celebrate Young Hollywood event at No Vacancy. "It's an immediate responsibility and love for someone that you're going to watch grow up, which is beautiful and I'm just so excited to watch her do that."
Kevin and wife Danielle, who married back in December 2009, welcomed their first child on Feb. 2.
"I'm so in love with her," Kevin tweeted on the day Alena was born. Just a few days after that, he shared an adorable photo of himself cuddling with his daughter.
As for how Kevin is handling being a father, Nick dished, "He loves it. He's really finding out a lot about himself and about his family that he wants to build and it's just a beautiful time for he and his family."
Meanwhile, Nick opened up about his new DirecTV show Navy St. in which he'll play a young UFC fighter.
"It's a really, really great show," Nick gushed. "The script is amazing and my character has a really interesting journey. Currently I'm just training and getting mentally and physically ready for that. But it is an exciting time in my life."
