The Goop creator's rep told Defamer that the latest rumors are "completely false."
A rep for Yorn echoed Paltrow's denial, saying speculation that the two had an affair "is categorically untrue."
The rumor mill went into overdrive after a new secret-sharing app claimed to have information about the Oscar winner's alleged affair.
The message about Paltrow was published on Whisper several days ago, which prompted many to question where the rumor came from.
Neetzan Zimmerman, the app's editor, took to Twitter to discuss the topic with naysayers.
"I can't reveal their identity for obvious reasons, but it's a person with extremely close ties to Gwyneth who came to us directly after Graydon Carter wrote that massive story about why [Vanity Fair] walked away from the Paltrow profile last year," he tweeted, but later removed off of his account.
So do Paltrow and Yorn even know one another?
Well, according to her rep, they do—but don't go jumping to conclusions just yet.
Her publicist explained that "the only time Gwyneth has even recently seen Kevin (who she knows casually through business contacts) was on a flight from New York to L.A."
He added, "I cannot be more clear with you when I say she is not having an affair."
And speaking of, the Vanity Fair editor-in-chief released the full version of "The Paltrow Affair"—an article describing in great detail the goings on behind the magazine's purported takedown of the Hollywood star.
Carter reiterated that the "almost mythical story" became so blown out of proportion that it nearly entered "into the realm of urban legend."
"The Gwyneth Paltrow saga had clearly just gotten away from us," Carter added. "We'll leave it to another publication to roll out the 'epic bombshells' surrounding Gwyneth Paltrow. It's a story I might read. I just don't want to publish it."
