Selena Gomez is dealing with a lot right now, but as of Wednesday she's got one less thing to worry about.

Juan Daniel Garcia, who was arrested Jan. 25 outside the singer's Tarzana, Calif., home, pleaded no contest Tuesday to the single count of trespass, L.A. city attorney Frank Mateljan told E! News. The 19-year-old from Arizona was sentenced by Commissioner Dennis Mulcahey to 120 days in jail as a condition of 36 months of summary probation.

Garcia was has ordered not to contact Gomez, 21, and to stay at least 150 yards away from her and her residence. He is also ordered to submit to search and seizure at any time and forbidden from possessing any deadly or dangerous weapons.

But while Garcia is currently behind bars, there's another man Gomez might need to be concerned about: Thomas Brodnicki, the man arrested and charged with felony stalking of Gomez in 2011. Due to a lack of evidence, the charges against Brodnicki were dropped, but in early 2012 Gomez got a three-year restraining order against him.

Under this restraining order, Brodnicki is forbidden to attempt to contact the singer. But according to a search warrant obtained by FOX 11 News, Brodnicki violated the order against him by sending an email to Gomez just last month. (When E! News reached out for comment, LAPD had no updates on Brodnicki's status.)

According to the purported search report, though, Brodnicki wrote to Gomez, "I love you more with each passing day" and designated a time and place to meet after her restraining order against him expires. Per this report, LAPD are trying to find Brodnicki to protect Gomez from "physical harm" given the past "death threats" he's made against Justin Bieber's ex.
