Two of Glee's most biggest-ever guest stars are back—and they look incredible!

Filming for the series' 100th episode is officially in full swing and stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristin Chenoweth, are ready to reprise their fan-favorite roles of Holly Holliday and April Rhodes, respectively. Creator and keeper of all the secrets Ryan Murphy tweeted a silly (but oh-so-sexy) sneak peek pic of the blond bombshells' return to the New Directions choir room, and now we're even more excited for their WMHS homecoming.

The highly anticipated two-part event (airing March 18 and 25) will center on something that Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) has been lusting after since the series' very first episode: dismantling the glee club. That's right Gleeks, after four years of toe-tapping songs, perfectly choreographed routines, and heart racing choir room moments, it's time to say goodbye to New Directions. We're already fighting back the tears.

Many of the original members of the National championship-winning club will be back to bid Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison) adieu, and reflect on their time together by singing at least 10 new remixes of Glee's greatest hits as voted on by the fans who participated in the Fox contest.

Matthew Morrison already exclusively revealed to E! News that he and Chenoweth will be teaming up for yet another duet, and this time it will be a song by Pink. There's no news yet on what song Paltrow will be singing, but we can only hope it will be just as amazing as her season two, rain-drenched mash-up of "Singing in the Rain" and Rihanna's "Umbrella."

In addition to Paltrow and Chenoweth returning for the big milestone, former series regulars such as Dianna Agron, Amber Riley, Heather Morris, Mark Salling and Harry Shum Jr. are also coming back, along with some brand-new additions like Gossip Girls' Chace Crawford.

Glee returns Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 8 p.m. on Fox.
