24: Live Another Day Gets May Premiere Date, Adds Yvonne Strahovski to Cast

Watch out Chuck Bartowski, Jack Bauer's horning in on your woman. Yvonne Strahovski has joined the cast of 24: Live Another Day, which will premiere on Monday, May 4 at 8 p.m. on Fox, the network announced at the 2014 Winter TCA Press Tour on Monday. 

The former Chuck and Dexter star will join the miniseries event opposite Kiefer Sutherland and Kim Raver. Strahovski will play a CIA operative based in London.

Set and shot in London, 24: Live Another Day, follows Jack Bauer (Sutherland) as he attempts to stop a terrorist attack that could change the world…forever.

The 24 revival will retain the real-time format that made the Fox drama a hit when it first debuted.

The cast of 24: Live Another Day also includes Mary Lynn Rajskub, William Devane, Giles Matthey, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Michael Wincott and Judy Davis.

24 originally aired from 2001-2010 on Fox.

Other midseason Fox premiere dates include a Thurdsay, March 27 at 8:30 p.m. debut for Surviving Jack, Bill Lawrence's new show based on Justin Halpern's autobiographical book "I Suck at Girls." Law & Order: SVU veteran Christopher Meloni and Rachael Harris star in the family comedy.

Gang Related, Fox's gritty cop drama about the Los Angeles elite Gang Task Force starring Terry O'Quinn, bows on Tuesday, May 20 at 9 p.m.
