Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry Plans to Eat Her Own Placenta

Soon-to-be mother-of-two is due next month

She may still be with child, but it looks like Kailyn Lowry already has a post-pregnancy craving.

"Just paid for my placenta to be encapsulated!" the Teen Mom 2 star tweeted, telling one of her followers that it only cost $200.

Of course, Lowry isn't the first famous face to discuss downing placenta pills after giving birth.

Other mothers, like Kim Kardashian, Holly Madison and January Jones, have all talked openly about the benefits.

In March, a family source exclusivly told E! News that 21-year-old Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin were expecting their first child. At the time, she was 7 weeks along.

The MTV star's bundle of joy will soon join brother Isaac, the young mother's 3-year-old son with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.

Lowry and Marroquin tied the knot in front of friends and family last month at Adventure Aquarium in Camden, N.J.

It was actually a repeat performance for the happy couple, who made things official nearly a year ago, quietly swapping vows at a Pennslyvania courthouse before the groom had to report back to Air Force duty.
