Think Katy Perry is a fan of Girls?

It certainly looked that way when the pop star stepped out Wednesday in Paris sporting a high side ponytail—something Zosia Mamet's character Shoshanna has famously worn on the show.

To be fair, this could just be another look in the star's latest trend: wacky updos. Recently she's worn multiple milkmaid braids and two topknots.

And speaking of rather unique buns, the "Roar" singer's similar style comes just days after Tina Fey spoofed the HBO comedy in a skit on Saturday Night Live—including a joke about Shoshanna's odd front roll.

In the parody, the former 30 Rock star played Blerta, an Albanian immigrant, who joins the group although she has trouble relating to their problems.

"I'm very hungry. Please, may I eat donut from your hair?" Blerta asks a confused faux Shoshanna.

Could the front bun (aka the donut) be next for Katy Perry?
