Watch out, Rick (Andrew Lincoln), there might be a new hero in town. And by "town", we mean your prison-turned-homestead.
In this first-look clip at the season four premiere of The Walking Dead, Michonne (Danai Gurira) rides through the prison gates on horseback, but unfortunately she is tailed by a duo of walkers. Nothing she can't handle, right? Wrong. Michonne quickly finds herself in trouble (it's the dreadlocks, they're too easy to grab!), and Carl (Chandler Riggs) is the closest person that can come to her aid. He grabs his gun and runs over to attempt a rescue.
And that's when the clip ends. We know Carl has pretty good aim (R.I.P. Zombie Shane), so we're not too worried about the outcome. Then again, this is Walking Dead so maybe we should be worried that Carl doesn't get there in time or he accidentally shoots Michonne while attempting to kill the walkers. And now we have to wait another month and a half to find out what happens.
