Breaking Bad fans, guess what? The final episode of AMC's critically lauded series will be all glitter, sunshine and puppies! Seriously, that's what Bryan Cranston said during the panel at today Summer TCA press tour. That man never lies.

"I think everyone will be satisfied with the ending where we hug it out!" the series star revealed, while Betsy Brandt pleaded with Cranston to not "mention the musical numbers!"

OK, they are obviously kidding. Breaking Bad's final season will probably be less sunshine and puppies and more...whatever the opposite of sunshine and puppies are. Rain clouds and Rottweilers? Close enough.

Even though Cranston kept dropping fake spoilers about the ending of Breaking Bad—like insisting that Walt had a "reservoir of joy and he spreads his joy throughout the last eight episodes," creator Vince Gilligan offered up actual information by talking about the ending and how the fans' input help (sort of) steer the way.

"How do you satisfy everybody? The more you listen to everyone, I find the more fractured your thinking becomes," he said. "Along the way, I felt the best way to come up with something that most people would like was to satisfy ourselves."

He continues: "I am very cautious in my estimation in general of how people will respond to things. I hope I am not wildly wrong in my estimate that most people are going to dig the ending."

As for that Saul Goodman spinoff, nothing has been set in stone yet, though Gilligan says it's his "fervent wish" that it does happen.

"It's for powers bigger than me to figure out if it can come to fruition, but I would very much like it to be the case," he said. "We're working toward that."

And luckily, the man who plays Saul, Bob Odenkirk, said he would jump onboard the spinoff "in a second."

"I would love to do it. I'd do it in a second, because if Vince wrote it, it's going to be awesome," he gushed. "Other than that, for me, the spinoff was just having been on the show. Everything good that's already come for me being on this is all I'd never need to be happy."

Finally, it was announced that Sony is making a two-hour Breaking Bad documentary that will be part of the final season box set.

Breaking Bad's final season kicks off Aug. 11 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
