It's the beginning of the end for TV's favorite meth-dealer!
The cast of Breaking Bad snagged the iconicly huge Hall H at Comic-Con on Sunday to reflect on their favorite moments and memories before the show's sixth and final season. The season premiere of the AMC hit is just a few weeks away, August 11 to be exact, and fans have been desperately craving a sneak peek at Walter White and Co.'s final batch of episodes.
And we've got something that will help feed your frenzy!
AMC debuted a Breaking Bad mashup trailer at Comic-Con to get fans pumped up for the August premiere. We're a little bummed that they didn't feature any glimpses at the new season, but hey, we'll take what we can get!
The video features Walter White's journey from the pilot until now and is filled with many classic moments that all Breaking Bad fans know and love. Some highlights include Krazy-8, Tuco, Tio's bell, Tortuga's head, the meth boy, introductions of Saul and Gus, the plane crash, the box cutter…The list goes on an on! And of course they couldn't forget the catchphrase "Yeah, bitch!" from Jesse Pinkman.
Take a look at the video above to relive and reminisce on all the action from Breaking Bad's 5 fantastic seasons.
Throughout the panel the cast reflected on many of the show's most iconic moments. Bryan Cranston also revealed his favorite line to the audience in his chillingly deep Walter White voice: ""I am the danger! I am the One Who Knocks!"
The Emmy winner recalls that out of all the scenes in Breaking Bad, the most difficult one for him to shoot was definitely Jane's death. Cranston reflects on that scene as a turning point for Walter noting, "[He was] directly involved in this woman's death…That was horrific in many different ways playing it."
Aaron Paul also proudly told the room that working with his onscreen partner has been an incredible and invaluable experience. "Our show is very obviously dark but the set is very loose and very comical." Paul explains, "It's really because of this man [Cranston]. He's the most professional person I've ever worked with but also the most immature man, which is a great combination."
Moderator Chris Hardwick also announced that this season there will be a Breaking Bad aftershow called Talking Bad. Many fans absolutely adore Hardwick's Walking Dead aftershow, however the self-proclaimed Nerdist assures the audience that this one will be a bit more serious. "I understand that tonally the shows are different, so I will give Talking Bad the respect that Breaking Bad deserves,"
Fans can catch Talking Bad on AMC each week after the Breaking Bad for a look at all the highlights and OMG moments from the latest episode. Hardwick continues, adding, "It will kind of be a retrospective of the series." as well as a discussion of each week's episode.
Don't miss the final season premiere of Breaking Bad, Sunday, August 11 at 9 p.m. on AMC!
