Giuliana Rancic Talks Babies: Bill and I Would Love Another Child!

E! News host opened up about adding to her family of three and being Italian

Is baby No. 2 on the way for Giuliana and Bill Rancic?

The E! News host told Access Hollywood Live that she and her hubby are "definitely thinking about it."

"We'd love another child," she revealed. "So, we'll see.

While Giuliana is on board with adding to their family of three, it looks like Bill may be having a small case of cold feet.

"Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'What do you think about just one?'" she said.

"I'm like, 'Bill, I'm Italian, I need a big family.' I mean, there's nothing more beautiful. I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle!"

She added, "Bill is an incredible father—so loving. There are times where I definitely think Bill is the better parent."

Giuliana told E! News in April that while the "wheels are in motion" for the couple to welcome their second child, they haven't taken that big step…just yet.

"Meaning, we've been through IVF, we have embryos ready," she clarified.

Only time will tell if baby Duke is going to get a sibling soon!
