Just five months after giving birth to her first child, the country music superstar rocked the Billboard Music Awards in a form-fitting pink George Chakra gown.
"I worked my hmm off first of all," Nettles said of losing the pregnancy pounds. "It's taken a team and crowbar, and I'm here."
When not spending time with her "perfect" and "delicious" son, Magnus Hamilton Miller, the singer is hitting the gym.
"I do circuit training, weights and I keep the cardio bumps thrown in there with intervals," Nettles said.
Her fine physique isn't the only thing she's working on these days. Nettles is recording her first solo album with legendary producer Rick Rubin.
"I think it's the perfect time in my life," she said. "I wanted to do something different artistically. I wanted to do something that was personal to me. I get to do certain things with Sugarland that I love and I wanted to do this as well."
But don't worry—Sugarland will be back.
Nettles said, "We're just taking time off to do different things…and get inspired."
