When it comes to fashion, trends come and go; and in the world of real estate, timing is everything.
So when Redfin spotted a number of fancy homes owned by some pretty powerful fashion industry executives all at the same time, we certainly took notice.
From sprawling estates in Miami to posh mansions in Beverly Hills, these luxurious abodes owned by designers and moguls like the heads of Guess, Bebe and more are currently on the market for (you guessed it!) a pretty hefty sum.
But considering their stylish owners and built-in legacies, we're betting they're worth every penny.
Take a look:
Versace: If you happen to have an extra $100,000,000 to spare, you might want to invest in this impressive piece of fashion history. This immaculate 10-bedroom estate in Miami Beach was owned by designer Gianni Versace, and also the location of his murder in 1997. Exuding the designer's Italian aesthetic, the property boasts hand-painted walls, ceiling frescoes, custom tile mosaics, fountains, sculptures, chandeliers and a 24-karat gold-lined swimming pool!
Fendi: If you're fond of the Italian fashion house, you'll definitely want to take a peek at the striking Miami Beach home owned by Luca Formilli Fendi on the market for nearly $15 million. With floor-to-glass walls and a media room that doubles as a private club, the home's awe-inspiring features are just as covetable as their luxe handbags.
Fabrizio Gianni: As president of a major fashion design company, Guy Attal knows how to live large. His immaculate property, which was previously owned by Paul McCartney, Melanie Griffith and Betty Grable, just to name a few, boasts a bowling alley, home theater, wet bar, tennis court, putting green, pool, spa and wine cellar. It is currently listed for $25.58 million.
Sunglass Hut: Owner of the designer shades empire, Dean Ziff is now trying to sell his stunning Miami home for a cool $19 million. Located right on the water in popular Biscayne Bay, the eight-bedroom home boasts a three-car garage, tennis court, pool and gorgeous guest house, with architectural and design inspiration from the Caribbean.
Bebe: Previously owned by his father and founder of the sexy women's clothing company, Manny Mashouf, vice president of manufacturing and sourcing for Bebe Sport Paul Mashouf is now ready to part ways with his beautiful Beverly Hills home. For $4.8 million, you can own his four-bedroom home which features a covered patio, walk-in wine cellar, outdoor fireplace, gas fire pits, fountains, pool and spa.
Guess: Now this is what we call impressive! Set on nearly 20 acres overlooking Los Angeles, co-founder Armand Marciano's Beverly Hills home is one for the books. Listed at $54.5 million, the property boasts nine fireplaces, an elevator, a 27-car garage and motor court, game room, media room, wine cellar, tennis court and library, just to name a few fun features!
