Dr. Evelyn Vogel (Charlotte Rampling), a neuro-psychiatrist, who specializes in the brains of psychopaths seems to be Dexter's antagonist when he's not dealing with Deb's breakdown and his son Harrison possibly being in danger. Yikes!
