The Office Series Finale: What Did You Think of NBC's Sendoff to Dunder Mifflin?

The Office Colleen Hayes/NBC)

SPOILER ALERT: Do not read any further if you have yet to watch the series finale of The Office. There are major spoilers ahead, so if you can complain, you will be fired. The rest of you can carry on...

Oh Michael Scott (Steve Carell), you were right: "That hurt like a motherf--cker." But it also satisfied like a motherf--cker, too!

Of course we are talking about The Office's series finale, which gave us our last full day at work with NBC's beloved comedy and its adored stars, including Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer.

We'll have a full (gushing) recap of the Dunder Mifflin gang's final outing later, but here are some quick highlight, including the return of Steve Carell, Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak!

VIDEO: Watch our interviews with Rainn, Steve, John and Jenna during the best Office set visit ever!

Best. Prank. Ever.: In Jim's (Krasinki) final and best prank ever, he tells Dwight (Wilson) that he can't be his best man at his wedding to Angels because tradition says he has to be  "older than the groom." Michael Scott, enter stage left! "I can't believe you came," Dwight says, setting Michael up to deliver his infamous line: "That's what she said." ALL. THE. HAPPY. TEARS.

While Holly (Amy Ryan) didn't come back with him, we learn that they do have children and Michael needs "two phones" because he has so many pictures of them. "He's just so happy to have a family plan," Pam says. Excuse us while we drown in tears of joy. "I feel like all my kids grew up and then they married each other," Michael later says while looking at Dwight, Angela, Jim and Pam. "It's every parent's dream." Now excuse us while we malfunction due to the perfection that was Michael Scott's return.

"Jam" Says Howdy: Jim and Pam (Fischer) are moving to Austin! "I never want you to give up anything," Pam says of her decision to sell their house as a "big Jim gesture" to prove how much she believes in his future at Athlead. "Everything I have I owe to this job," Jim says in his final interview. "This stupid, wonderful, boring, amazing job." (Sniff!)

NEWS: Exclusive Vampire Diaries scoop from Julie Plec!

Meant To Be: Yay, Ryan (Novak) and Kelly (Kaling) ended up together...even if it meant abandoning his baby Drake (who was not named after the rapper!) that he had with his girlfriend who "left to get a new charger for her e-cigarette and never came back" and her serious boyfriend Ravi (Sendhil Ramamurthy). "I let him suck on a strawberry and he's allergic, but I needed to talk to you," Ryan tells Kelly of giving his kid an allergic reaction just to talk to her, which is what wins her over. Of course. (Nellie ends up taking care of Drake. Ha!)

Sweet Child O'Mine: During the documentary's panel for fans, Erin (Ellie Kemper) got the surprise of a lifetime: Her birth parents came to meet her! Joan Cusack and Ed Begley Jr. played her parents for the emotional reunion!

Check back with us later for our more detailed recap of The Office series' finale!
