Michelle Obama has long been a fan of J.Crew, and apparently the feeling is mutual. At last night's The Great Gatsby premiere, the creative head of the brand, Jenna Lyons, gushed to E!'s Jason Kennedy and Alicia Quarles about when she meet the first lady for the first time at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

"She was lovely. She gave me a hug. I had to pinch myself!" says Jenna. "Tears came to my eyes. She looked stunning in a Monique Lhuillier dress. It was a pretty incredible night."

While FLOTUS may have caused the designer to get misty, POTUS completely stole her heart.

"I don't think we'll ever have another president like that," she praises. "He was incredible! I'm in love!"

Another night Jenna is thinks will be amazing? Monday's Met Gala. Although she says she is excited about the event's punk theme, she does confess: "I hope people don't go too far." As for the style guru's own look, she confirms one accessory that won't make the cut: "There will be no safety pins!" she says.
