Spring is almost here, which means it's time to swap out your sweaters and coats for tanks and swimsuits. Or, more realistically, it's time to hit the gym and shed those extra winter pounds!
Or better yet, you may be able to avoid that daunting treadmill all together with entertainment diva Maria Menounos diet and fitness tips.
The actress and TV personality hasn't worked out more than three times since October, yet always looks hot with her perfect and flawless bod.
So it only made sense for us to get the scoop on how she stays trim while we recently shopped and hung out with her at Marshalls in New York City last week.
Here's what Maria shared with us:
1. Don't Obsess. "I have so many girlfriends that obsess over everything, and I just don't obsess," she says. "I eat what I want, when I want and am super active throughout my workday." Our tip: Skip the elevator if stairs are an option at your office.
2. Make Healthy Choices (When You Can.) "I try to eat healthy whenever I can, but if I want to splurge, I'll splurge," she confesses. "Today, for example, I wanted a Chunky Bar, so I had one and I didn't regret it."
3. Keep a Log. "Write down everything you eat in a week, look at it, cut back where you can, and I promise you'll see results within a week," she says. "The first couple days will be hard, but then it gets easy and you'll get a high off of it, which will make you work that much harder."
