Avi Snow is finally breaking his silence about Lindsay Lohan.

After their final Los Angeles show Tuesday night at the Bootleg Theater, the City of the Sun guitarist had nothing but fond things to say about the headline-grabbing actress, a week after E! News first reported that the two were in "the early stages" of dating.

"She's really awesome, and she's a lot of fun," Snow tells E! News exclusively in his first words since the duo were linked as a couple. "I would definitely call her one of our biggest supporters."

When pressed if the two were an item, however, Snow declined to comment but didn't deny it, either.

The band—who played last week at 41 Ocean with Lohan in the audience—took the stage just after midnight, where Snow's ladylove, fresh off her shoot on the Anger Management set, was able to watch the performance in the audience, where she was seen dancing and having a good time.

The New York band was formed back in 2010 by original members Adam Road and John Pita, with Snow joining the group six months ago. Their forthcoming debut album is due out this spring, and the band plans to film the music video for their single "Hit The Ground Running" during their long drive back to New York within the next week.

Last week, a source confirmed exclusively to E! News that the 26-year-old actress was seeing Snow, revealing that the duo have been together for a few weeks. The musician was reportedly on the same private jet that flew LiLo from New York to Los Angeles in order to make her scheduled trial over charges she violated her probation.

On Saturday night, the two were spotted packing on the PDA as they locked lips during City of the Sun's show at 41 Ocean in Santa Monica.

Yep, looks like Avi's having a lot of fun, indeed.
