Scarlett Johansson Steps Out Solo for the First Time Since Split From Nate Taylor

Newly single actress hits the gym and grabs takeout in New York City

Scarlett Johansson isn't one of those women who holes up with ice cream and a box of chocolates after a breakup.

Fresh from her split with advertising exec Nate Taylor, the 27-year-old actress stepped out Wednesday in New York City's West Village.

Wearing Nike sweats, an Everlast hoodie and a Yankees cap, the Avengers star appeared to have just wrapped up a workout.

Also in hand were her phone and a bag of takeout food.

Although Scarlett's most famous ex, Ryan Reynolds, has since remarried after meeting new ladylove Blake Lively, we're still holding out hope for a redux with Jared Leto. The duo were spotted holding hands in September at the Democratic National Convention, although the sighting was dismissed as strictly platonic.

Somehow we don't think she'll have trouble landing a new guy.
