Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are in a heated child custody battle. On Monday in an Atlanta courtroom, the "Yeah!" singer broke down over allegations that he would rather party than take care of his and Foster's two sons.
Foster's attorney presented photos of Usher partying in Europe in February, insinuating that he cares more about having fun on the town than being a father to his children. The 33-year-old singer tearfully tried to explain the pictures, but the judge suggested he let his lawyer speak for him.
But Foster's alleged behavior doesn't exactly make her mom of the year…
Usher testified that his ex-wife threw food at him and spit on his girlfriend. "She wanted to fight," he told the court. "[She said], 'I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch, get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision?"
"Of course I tried my hardest to prevent the situation from escalating," he said. "But she continued to swing, spit…It basically was an attack on [my girlfriend, Grace Miguel]."
Foster is asking for full custody of Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3; Usher wants increased visitation of the boys.
