Lane Garrison seems to have caught a break—for the moment.

The 31-year-old Event actor has not been charged in connection with his arrest Saturday on suspicion of felony domestic violence, according to a rep for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, who says they met with Garrison's attorney this morning and are reviewing the case.

But could his run-in with the law still come back to haunt him? Say, in five days, perhaps?

Garrison's parole stemming from his 2007 vehicular manslaughter conviction is scheduled to end this Sunday. The D.A.'s office has indicated that his arrest will not be considered a parole violation.

The former Prison Break star spent 18 months behind bars, much of the time in a substance-abuse treatment program, for being behind the wheel in a DUI crash that killed a 17-year-old boy.

His ex-girlfriend has accused him of showing up at her apartment Saturday and leaving her with a bump on the head and multiple bruises. She also called the cops on Garrison in February, but no arrests were made.
