Mindy McCready's Mother Wants Grandson Out of Arkansas Foster Care, ASAP
Mindy McCready may say she took her son away from his grandma and out of Florida to "protect" him, but right now 5-year-old Zander isn't with any family members at all.
And his grandmother wants to remedy that as soon as possible.
"Currently, our grandson is in foster care with strangers with the State of Arkansas," McCready's mother and stepfather, Gayle and Michael Inge, said in a statement obtained by E! News. "We would like to express our gratitude to the Florida Department of Children and Families for its effort in this case and also to the Arkansas foster family for their help in taking care of our grandson. We would like to plea for his return to Florida before Christmas."

The story is that there is no story, according to Lindsay Lohan.
The struggling starlet, who in advance of next week's probation hearing is once again the target of rumors that she's been lax about her community service and just doesn't appear to be taking this whole criminal-punishment thing seriously.
A source close to Lohan even told E! News that she isn't at all concerned about her court date. "Things always seem to go Lindsay's way with the judge and I think people are making a big deal out of this for nothing. I think she's going to be fine," the insider said.
But is that because she's been doing the right thing all along?

Maybe the judge should have sentenced Jenelle Evans to charm school.
"F--k yes. !!!!! I WINNNNNNN ;)" the Teen Mom 2 star tweeted after receiving a 30-day suspended jail sentence and a year of probation for beating up a girl in a vicious catfight that not only went down in front of a group, but was captured on camera as well, back in March.
She was found guilty of simple affray and a charge of simple assault was dismissed.
