Vogue, schmogue. Kate Middleton is on the cover of Scouting magazine!

The Duchess of Cambridge announced earlier this month that—in addition to her chosen patronages—she would serve as a volunteer in the Scout Association.

Other than the obvious royal factor, why might the Scouts want this brunette beauty as the face of their February/March issue?

She's the perfect example that everyone can make time to volunteer!

Chief Scout Bear Grylls pointed out that Kate, 30, has "an incredibly busy life," but the organization has made it their mission "to make it easier for adults who volunteer with us to give as much or little as they are able."

The royal role model will "help run a variety of activities," according to the Scouts' site. "This could include running games, teaching first aid or cooking on campfires."

Cooking with Catherine...Pioneering with the Princess? What little girl wouldn't want to join the Scouts?
