Between announcing that she and soon-to-be former hubby Russell Brand are divorcing and fighting rumors about who's to blame for the breakup—not to mention her parents creating tabloid drama of their own for less-than-angelic behavior—who could blame Katy Perry for wanting to get away?

And no, we're not talking about another party-filled Hawaii vacay. We're talking about packing up all her stuff and getting out of Dodge. Well, not that far, it seems…

X17 first reported that Katy had skipped across town three miles from her current Hollywood digs to the Hills.

For the record, the movers, the realtor and Team Perry have all declined to comment on whether this new place is actually K.P.'s, but the evidence is stacking up. Katy's reps also have stayed mum on exactly when the fab singer will again be joining us in a public forum—can't say we blame her for hiding out for a bit!

But, just how far out of the limelight is this new pad?

Pretty damn far, actually.

The new $1.9 million Hollywood Hills home is tucked very far away from the lights of Tinseltown at the end of a private cul-de-sac, and real-estate listings for the place boasted "views stretching as far as the eyes can see."

Swanky, right?! It also comes with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a master suite with fireplace and walk-in closet (purr-fect for all those wigs and dresses, no?), a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and over 4,000 square feet.

"The perfect setting for intimate and elaborate entertaining," we're told. But we're positive some peeps Katy would like to keep out are, of course, those pesky paparazzi.

So maybe the most alluring part of the new house is the gated driveway and the very large trees that seem to surround the pricy home.

And while we'd personally want a bigger gate than the one Katy's place comes equipped with (some sort of mammoth, 15-foot-tall wall like every A-lister should have), we're sure it'll work just fine until she finds a much more posh (and even more private) home.

That is, until she's ready to come out of hiding and make her red carpet comeback.
