The 19-year-old starlet was barely recognizable when she showed off a daring new hairstyle on Twitter yesterday.

Sporting a shoulder-length brunette bob and blunt bangs to go with a sexy, midriff-baring spaghetti-strap tank top and layers of necklaces, Demi asked her fans, "Hey guys...like my new look?"

Hours later, the "Believe in Me" singer confirmed to anyone who thought this dramatic new 'do was the real deal, "It's just a wig that I got today!! Hehe...Don't freak."

Demi's been experimenting with her tresses a lot recently. In early November, the formerly brunette beauty debuted a gorgeous new auburn hue, and just a few weeks later she had a minor hair malfunction when one of her extensions was yanked out in the middle of a performance.
