Rooney Mara's Girl With the Dragon Tattoo Fashion Tour: Which Look Was Best?

It wasn't too hard to figure out Rooney Mara's style when she began her Girl With the Dragon Tattoo promotional rounds.

The actress likes black, white, cutouts and edge. We got everything, right?

But which of Rooney's ensembles was her most fabulous look?

At the flick's world premiere in London, the 26-year-old actress was breathtaking in a white Givenchy Haute Couture gown with sheer sleeves and cutouts that accentuated her small waist. She wore her hair in her character Lisbeth Salander's blunt bang 'do and did a gorgeous smoky eye.

On her next stop, in Stockholm, Rooney switched it up into a black Roksanda Ilincic pantsuit with a draped top and cutouts. Although her slick, side-parted hair and her makeup are gorgeous, we're just not loving the ill-fitting, overly baggy pants or the peek of the ribcage. Bones just really aren't that sexy.

But the star redeemed herself at the New York City premiere, looking edgy yet feminine and flirty in a black cutout Prabal Gurung knee-length confection with Christian Louboutin patent peep-toe Mary Janes and another flawless makeup job and hairdo.

Mara switched back to white for an interview on the Today show. She rocked an adorable and ladylike Carven coat with black details on the front, along with nude patent Brian Atwood peep-toe pumps, a white bag and the Salander 'do for her TV appearance. Under the coat was a chic white Roksanda Ilincic bubble dress that—surprise—didn't have any cutouts!

And her last stop on the tour—visiting David Letterman on the Late Show in the Big Apple—unfortunately ended with a whimper, not a bang. This Rodarte for Opening Ceremony high-neck dress with shoulder cutouts and black Mary Jane wedges just left us cold, although her pulled-to-the-side bangs really softened up her face and is really cute.

So which look was your favorite? Weigh in below!
