Camille Grammer certainly isn't shy about showing off her assets.

The ex-Mrs. Frasier, who is in the  middle of a bitter custody battle with her Emmy-winning former hubby over their children, took a break from the battle earlier this week to flaunt her bod in a black bikini in Palm Springs.

So who was the Real Housewife with?

Camille took along her two kids—Mason, 9, and Jude, 7—on the Monday outing, along with her younger boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos. Her new man reportedly moved to Malibu from Dallas in order to be closer to his new love.

The 43-year-old hottie had not a jiggle on her body as she soaked up the sun, did some texting and then took off for a Denny's, kids in tow..

It was a far cry from last week, when Camille had to face her ex-husband in an L.A. courtroom over specific custody terms. Kelsey, who arrived with new wife Kayte Walsh, is seeking sole physical custody, and Camille is refusing to yield.
