Robyn's attorney, Laura Wasser, appeared before Los Angeles Judge Mark Juhas today and announced that the two sides had resolved the issues between them, including the division of property.
Mel's attorney, Stephen Kolodny, did not attend the hearing but appeared over the phone. No word on exactly what the details of those terms are but a final judgment putting an end to their 28-year-old marriage is expected to be filed on Aug. 30.
Gibson and his missus separated in July, 2006 not long after his arrest for drunk driving in Malibu and his anti-Semitic outburst garnered worldwide headlines. Robyn eventually filed for divorce in April, 2009 citing irreconcilable differences. The two have seven children together.
