Finally, the snap that fashionistas have been waiting for is here!

Style stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Michelle Obama stood shoulder to couture-clad shoulder last night (along with second lady Jill Biden) at the Night on Broadway political fundraiser in NYC.

Emcee of the evening SJP—in a black-and-white floral gown, purple necklace and glam updo—introduced the FLOTUS as "a woman who doesn't need heels to stand tall." Awww, too cute!

Mrs. Obama, meanwhile, addressed the crowd in a draped, knee-length Donna Karan jersey dress accessorized with an on-trend statement necklace and cuff.

This isn't the first time the ladies have breathed the same air. Earlier this year, the Sex and the City star attended the National Arts and Humanities medal ceremony at the White House, but as far as we could tell, the actress only got thisclose to the first lady.

Wonder if they swapped style secrets after the event?
