Mama Cyrus Pulls a Miley While Billy Ray Goes X-Files

Tween idol's mom wants to be known simply as "Tish;" dad and bro launch new UFO-based reality series

A Cyrus by any other name is, well, apparently a typical Cyrus.  

Miley Cyrus' mom, Leticia Finley Cyrus, is following her spawn's lead and has filed documents to legally change her moniker to her well-known nickname, Tish.

Miley can coach her mama through the routine, having already shed her birth name, Destiny Hope Cyrus, back in 2008 because as a kid she was known as "Smiley," which eventually morphed into Miley.

Meanwhile, with mom working on her identity issues and Miley away in Paris shooting her new flick, LOL, her dad and brother are making news, too.

Billy Ray and Trace Cyrus are going all Mulder and Scully on us, producing and starring in a new Syfy reality show called  UFO: Unbelievably Freakin' Obvious, featuring the dynamic duo exploring all kinds of weird pheonomena.

Maybe they can start with one humdinger that we've long pondered: What's with all Miley's goofy faces?
