Funny Friday! Our Top Five Tiger Commercial Spoofs

Who needs Earl when you have Carl Spackler, the Joker, Patrick Bateman, Charles Barkley and others to do your voice-over?

We think that new Nike commercial with Tiger Woods staring kinda weepy-eyed into the camera as his father talks to him from beyond the grave is supposed to be profound or something.

Except it's not.

You know what it really is? Ripe for parody.

And the good people of the interwebs don't disappoint! Here are five of our favorites, starting with the one above. This list wouldn't be complete without a little Caddyshack and Bill Murray's Carl Spackler helping Tiger "receive total consciousness."

Good thing he's got that going for him...

Here's what a parent would really say: "What the hell were you thinking!"

Yello provided the perfect soundtrack for Ferris Bueller, and the track still plays. Oh, yeah.

Tiger is American Psycho's Patrick Bateman. Although he can hide his cold gaze, he confesses, he simply is "not there." Chilling.

Tiger and Earl face off on the most important debate in the world today: Team Edward vs. Team Jacob. The inquisitive papa falls on the side of Taylor Lautner, and, while he recognizes his son cheers for Robert Pattinson, he wonders if the golfer "learned anything from Bella."

We have to tip our hats to a few other standouts. Stephen Colbert killed it with a trio of spoofs, and even ESPN's Sports Nation got in on the act. Kudos also to whoever subbed in Heath Ledger's Joker and Twisted Sister over the vid. And we have to applaud the fabulous irony of Charles Barkley, Tiger's pal, reminding people he's no role model.

Which ones are your faves?
