Reese Witherspoon took on Washington, D.C. as Elle Woods in the sequel to Legally Blonde.
The actress showed she had a knack for politics in the dark comedy Election.
We were talking childhood dreams because in Sing, Matthew McConaughey stars as a koala who fell in love with the idea of running a live theater when he was just six years old. Witherspoon plays a pig that secretly yearns to be a singer while raising 25 piglets. They meet when the koala holds an American Idol-like singing competition to keep his theater from going under.
"At six, I wanted to be a Washington Redskins running back," McConaughey said. "I had no idea. I never even thought about [acting]. I didn't realize this until I was 21 years old. I was a late bloomer."
Witherspoon cracked that having dozens of young piggies in the movie has not inspired her to want more kids of her own. She's mom to Ava, 17, Deacon, 13, and four-year-old Tennessee.
McConaughey, who has three kids (Levi, 8, Viva, 6 and Livingston, 3) with wife Camilla Alves, asked, "What's the number when it doesn't matter how many more [you have]?"
Witherspoon quipped, "When you're on a TLC show."
No, she doesn't watch TLC reality programming. Witherspoon explained, "If I watch anything, I'll watch Westworld or something like that. I love it. I don't understand it, [but] I just like it."
That's not all the Reese and Matthew we have for you. Check out the video below to find out what happened when they brought their kids on Saturday to the Sing premiere in Los Angeles. Too cute!
Sing is in theaters on Dec. 21. (E! News and Universal Pictures are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
