Watch: Reese Witherspoon Is a Mother of 25?!

Uh-oh! Is there trouble brewing between Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift and Katy Perry?

Not really—but the Oscar winner felt she needed to do some apologizing to the music superstars because she actually performs "Shake It Off" and "Firework" in the upcoming animated flick Sing.

Witherspoon is the voice of a pig that enters a singing competition while trying to raise 25 piglets.

"I actually told both of them," Witherspoon said of Swift and Perry. "I saw them and said, 'Please don't hold it against me because I did the best I could.' I was like, 'I have really a lot of respect for how hard you girls work.'"

I caught up with Witherspoon at the movie's premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

She has nothing to worry about—her performance will leave Swift and Perry (and anyone who sees the movie, for that matter) smiling.

Witherspoon's youngest son, Tennessee, has already seen clips of his mom's animated pig work.

"I think he's just kind of stunned and sort of surprised by everything," the actress said of his reaction. "He's really excited to see the film. Obviously, it's right up his alley. He's four years old and it's the perfect time for him to see a movie like this."

The star-studded cast also includes Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Tori Kelly, Jennifer Hudson, Nick Kroll, Seth MacFarlane, Taron Egerton, Leslie Jones and John C. Reilly.

Directed and written by Garth Jennings, Sing is in theaters on Dec. 21. (E! News and Universal Pictures are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)

Yesterday's TIFF premiere also included live performances by Hudson and Kelly. Check out E! News tonight at 7 p.m and 11 p.m. for even more exclusive scoop from TIFF.
