It seems that she didn't want to be recognized because when the fan asked her for her autograph, she swore that she was not herself. She was later busted when she used her credit card to pay for a purchase and it clearly said Miranda Kerr. Obviously it's true that models aren't that bright. She could learn a thing or two from Britney Spears, who tends to pay for stuff with other people's credit cards.
