Armie Hammer doesn't play the nicest guy in Nocturnal Animals.

He's a rich L.A. businessman having an affair with a much younger woman as his loveless marriage to his wife (Amy Adams) crumbles.

The movie, directed by Tom Ford, follows the wife as she reads the manuscript of a novel written by her ex-husband (Jake Gyllenhaal).

The cast also includes Michael Shannon, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Isla Fisher and Karl Glusman with a brief by brilliant appearance by Laura Linney.

Fortunately, Hammer is nothing like his character in real life. Just check out how adorable he is in the latest installment of E! News' "Going to the Movies With" series.

I Love My Popcorn With: "Caramel corn with a little salt."

My Favorite Movie Candy: "Reese's Pieces."

My First R-Rated Movie: "The Matrix."

My Favorite Animated Movie to Watch With My Daughter: "She likes these funny, animated cartoons with animals. I think they're French. I don't know actually what they're called, but they're just on YouTube and you can get 50-minute compilations, which is fantastic."

The Last Movie That Made Me Cry: "Sing Street. My buddy Jack Reynor was in it and I cried like a child!"

The Last Movie That Made Me Laugh Out Loud: "Probably also Sing Street. It's fantastic. See Sing Street!"

My Favorite Line From a Movie: "Oh, it's probably something from Glengarry Glen Ross about, 'You know what it takes to close? It takes brass balls' or something like that."

The Movie That Scares Me the Most: "I saw The Exorcist when I was really young in a basement by myself...Really still don't like basements and still don't like the movie The Exorcist."

Nocturnal Animals is in theaters on Nov. 23.
