Yandel broke records as a part of the dynamic and successful duo Wisin y Yandel, but now he's breaking barriers and making a mark with his Dangerous solo album and Dangerous International Tour.
"This is the first time on tour that I have these many colleagues Plan B/De La Ghetto/Alexis & Fido/Gadiel and Dj Lobo with me on the road, and I love this because we can give the fans additional music," he said to E! News. "I'm grateful to my management Roc Nation who was able to create this formula with Live Nation where the priority are the fans by giving them many options to get to know me and share this time with me."
The 39-year-old star even got candid revealed to us what was the craziest thing a fan has done during this tour, and we have to admit, we're impressed.
"One of the most impressive experiences was a fan who came to El Paso show from Guadalajara Mexico, she drove across the border in order to enjoy the show, this is extremely gratifying and valuable to me," Yandel said.
In March, Jay Z's Roc Nation announced that they had signed a deal with the star that encompassed all aspects of Yandel's career, including sponsorships.
"At this stage in my career to be able to be working with Jay Z (Roc Nation) is a dream come true. I've always admired his way of working very much and to be part of his company is something incredibly positive," he explained. "Until present what's mostly impressed me about Roc Nation is the family structure, they protect me as a son would be in a family dynamic and that's valuable and important."
Yandel recently released the music video for his hit song "Loba."
The Dangerous Tour is now heading to Orlando, Florida.
But there's good news if you didn't catch a show, Yandel has plans to bring this tour to even more countries.
"I'm excited about taking this tour to Central and South America and Europe, and while we take my show to all these countries, I want to create new music for my next album," he said.
